Sample code - using a slider - Situation Profile Assessment (SPA).

People who stutter find some situations easier than others. To help us understand how you feel would you please respond to the questions and situations that follow. Use the slider bar as instructed to register your responses. There are seven different situations and it should take no more than 10-15 minutes to complete.

Imagine that you are asked for your impression of how cold it is today. The position of the slider can represent any situation between Very Hot and Very Cold.

If you wish to indicate that you think that is quite cold you would click on the slider with your mouse and drag it to the right, nearer to the Very Cold end, as is shown in the diagram.

You are now ready to respond to the situation below.
